1 RESOLUTION NO. 18419 <br /> <br />2 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> RIVERSIDE DETERMINING AMOUNT OF UNPAID <br />3 ASSESSMENTS <br /> <br />4 ISABELLA STREET ASSESSMENT DISTRICT <br /> <br />5 <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Riverside, <br />6 <br /> California (the "City Council"), has confirmed the assessment for <br />7 <br /> the Isabella Street Assessment District (the "Assessment <br />8 <br /> District"), the assessment was duly recorded in the office of the <br />9 <br /> Superintendent of Streets, and the payment period for the payment <br />10 <br /> of assessments has expired; and <br />11 <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has received from the City <br />12 <br /> Treasurer a list of the unpaid assessments on the parcels within <br />13 <br /> the Assessment District; <br />14 <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, DETERMINEDAND ORDERED BY THE <br />15 <br /> CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, CALIFORNIA, AS FOLLOWS: <br />16 <br /> Section 1. Said list of unpaid assessments is correct, and <br />17 <br /> the amount of unpaid assessments on the assessment and upon the <br />18 <br /> security for which bonds are to be issued is $27,759.40. <br />19 <br /> Section 2. The City Clerk shall file a certified copy of <br />20 <br /> this resolution together with a copy of the list of unpaid <br />21 <br /> assessments with the Auditor of the County of Riverside pursuant <br />22 <br /> to Section 8682 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of <br />23 <br /> California. <br />24 <br /> Section 3. The City Clerk shall record a notice of the <br />25 <br /> discharge of the assessment lien for the parcels for which the <br />26 <br /> assessments have been paid in the office of the County Recorder of <br />27 <br /> the County of Riverside. <br />28 <br /> <br /> <br />
