Upon reviewing Ms. Sheri <br />Corral's comments pertaining to her allegations of mistreatment, in <br />which she stated she had been treated "differently and unfairly" by <br />Riverside Police Officers. My concerns are the validity of Ms. <br />Corral's allegations. Was an independent investigation performed, <br />and if so, by who? In my opinion, Ms. Corral's comments are <br />slanderous and without merit. Ms. Corral has direct and in-direct <br />interaction with the rank and file officers of the Riverside Police <br />Department while performing her usual and customary job duties as <br />a police officer with the Riverside Community College Campus <br />Police. Her allegations of mistreatment generate a bias and <br />prejudicial precedence towards the front line officers of the <br />Riverside Police Department. <br /> <br />Secondary to her allegations and ill feelings towards the Riverside <br />Police Department, I feel Ms. Corral cannot perform the duties as a <br />member of the Citizen Police Review Commission fairly and without <br />bias. Her seat on the commission is clearly a conflict of interest. I <br />am demanding the immediate removal of Ms. Corral from the <br />C.P.R.C. without delay.
