CITY OF RIVERSIDE <br />CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBERS <br /> <br />Minutes of: <br />Time of Meeting: <br />Place of Meeting: <br />Date of Meeting: <br /> <br />Regular Meeting of the City Council <br />12 p.m. <br />Art Pick Council Chamber, City Hall <br />May 11, 2004 <br /> <br />WARDS <br /> <br />Roll Call: <br /> <br />LUNCHEON - RIVERSIDE LIVE STEAMERS <br />Mayor Loveridge convened the meeting at 12 p.m. for a luncheon with the <br />Riverside Live Steamers and a tour of the Hunter Hobby Park Steam Railroad <br />at 1400 Iowa Avenue. <br /> <br />RECESS <br />The City Council recessed at 1:30 p.m. and reconvened at 2 p.m. in the Art <br />Pick Council Chamber with all Councilmembers present and Mayor Pro <br />Tempore Schiavone presiding in the absence of Mayor Loveridge. <br /> <br />ORAL COMMUNICATIONS FROM THE AUDIENCE <br />There were no comments presented at this time. <br /> <br />CLOSED SESSIONS <br />The City Council recessed to the City council Board Room for closed <br />sessions pursuant to Government Code (1) §54956.8 to instruct the City's <br />Negotiators, Penny Culbreth-Graft and Bob Hall, regarding price and terms of <br />payment for the purchase, sale, exchange, or lease of 2011 Spruce Street by <br />Don and Donna Luginbill, Trustees of the Family Trust of Don Lughinbill and <br />Donna Luginbill dated March 9, 1999, Negotiators; (2) §54956.8 to instruct <br />the City's Negotiators, Penny Culbreth-Graft and Bob Hall, regarding price <br />and terms of payment for the purchase, sale, exchange, or lease of 1508- <br />1530 Main Street by Thomas L. and colleen D. Miller, and Drew F. and <br />Michael R. Harding, Negotiators; (3) §54956.9 to confer with and/or receive <br />advice from legal counsel concerning two cases of anticipated litigation; <br />(4) §54957.6 to review the City Council's position and instruct designated <br />representatives regarding salaries, salary schedules, or compensation paid in <br />the form of fringe benefits of its unrepresented and represented Executive <br />:Management, Management, and Confidential employees; and (5) §54956.9 <br />to confer with and/or receive advice from legal counsel conceming Roger <br />Sutton v.
