PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES THURSDAY, DECEMBER 7, 2023, 9:00 A.M. PUBLIC COMMENT IN-PERSON/TELEPHONE City SArts&Innovation ART PICK COUNCIL CHAMBER 3900 MAIN STREET, RIVERSIDE, CA 92522 PRESENT: Chair Johnny Wilder, Vice Chair Lorraine Mooney, Sergeant at Arms Jim Rush, and Commissioners Richard Kirby, Christine Roberts, Launa Wilson, and Rafael Elizalde ABSENT: Secretary Raj Singh and Commissioner Jonathan Parker STAFF: Maribeth Tinio, Anthony Beaumon, Lorena Verdusco, Veronica Hernandez, Winnie Liang, Clarissa Manges, Chris Scully, Agripina Neubauer, and others ALSO PRESENT: Andrew Woodard, Sherrie Olson, and others Chair Wilder called the meeting to order at 9:00 a.m. Commissioner Kirby led the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS FROM THE AUDIENCE There was no one wishing to address the Planning Commission. CONSENT CALENDAR It was moved by Commissioner Mooney and seconded by Commissioner Rush to approve the Consent Calendar as presented below affirming the actions appropriate to each item. The motion carried with Commissioners Wilder, Rush, Roberts, Kirby, Wilson, Mooney, and Elizalde voting aye, and Commissioners Parker and Singh absent. MINUTES The minutes of the meetings of October 12, 2023, were approved as presented. ABSENCES The Planning Commission recorded the absences of Commissioner Kirby and Commissioner Roberts from the October 12, 2023, regular meeting as excused. PUBLIC HEARINGS PLANNING CASE PR -2022-001424 - TENTATIVE TRACT MAP (TM -38431) - SUBDIVIDE 3.52 -ACRE VACANT PARCEL INTO SIX LOTS FOR FUTURE SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENCES - NORTHWEST CORNER OF DAUCHY AVENUE AND VICTOR HUGO DRIVE Hearing was called to consider Planning Case PR -2022-001424 for a Tentative Tract Map (TM -38431) to subdivide a 3.52 -acre vacant parcel into 6 lots for future single-family residences located on the northwest corner of Dauchy Avenue and Victor Hugo Drive, in the Planning Commission Minutes: December 7, 2023
