CITY OF RIVERSIDE <br />CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />COUNClLMEMBERS <br /> <br />Minutes of: <br />Time of Meeting: <br />Place of Meeting: <br />Date of Meeting: <br /> <br />Regular Meeting of the City Council <br />10 a.m. <br />Art Pick Council Chamber, City Hall <br />May 4, 2004 <br /> <br />WARDS <br /> <br />Roll Call: <br /> <br />Mayor Loveridge called the meeting to order at 10 a.m. in the Mayor's <br />Ceremonial Room. <br /> <br />ORAL COMMUNICATIONS FROM THE AUDIENCE <br />There were no comments presented at this time. <br /> <br />WORKSHOP <br /> <br />GENERAL PLAN 2025 PROGRAM REVIEW OF TRAFFIC AND <br />CIRCULATION ISSUES <br />Following discussion and without formal motion, the City Council received <br />and ordered filed the General Plan 2025 Program - Review of Traffic and <br />Circulation issues report and requested that the Central Avenue extension be <br />removed from the Plan. <br /> <br />RECESS <br />The City Council recessed at 11:35 a.m. and reconvened at 3 p.m. in the Art <br />Pick Council Chamber. <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> <br />CASE P03-0554 - APPEAL - GRADING EXCEPTIONS - 6951 ROYAL HUNT <br />RIDGE - CONTINUED <br />Following discussion, the City Council continued to 3 p.m. on May 18, 2004, <br />consideration of the appeal by Charles Avila from the decision of the Zoning <br />Administrator in denying the proposed grading exceptions in conjunction with <br />the proposed environmental review of a grading plan by Charles Avila on <br />approximately 5.01 acres at 6951 Royal Hunt Ridge Drive, situated at the <br />northerly terminus of Royal Hunt Ridge Drive, in Zone RC. <br /> <br />CASE P03-1281 APPEAL MINOR CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT- <br />6951 ROYAL HUNT RIDGE - CONTINUED <br />Following discussion, the City Council continued to 3 p.m. on May 18, 2004, <br />consideration of the appeal by Charles Avila from the decision of the Zoning <br />Administrator in approving in part the proposed minor conditional use permit <br />by Charles Avila to construct a single-family residence and auxiliary dwelling <br />unit on approximately 5.01 acres at 6951 Royal Hunt Ridge Drive situated at <br />the northerly terminus of Royal Hunt Ridge Drive, in Zone RC.
