One caller spoke <br />regarding cannabis dispensaries. One caller spoke regarding illegal activity at a liquor <br />store on Arlington and Jones Ave. <br />COMMUNICATIONS <br />INTERGOVERNMENTAL RELATIONS AND LEGISLATIVE UPDATE <br />There was no update on intergovernmental relations and legislation. <br />HOMELESS SOLUTIONS UPDATE <br />There was no update on homeless solutions. <br />SUSTAINABILITY UPDATE <br />There was no update on sustainability. <br />LEGAL UPDATE <br />There was no legal update. <br />COUNCILMEMBERS DECLARATION OF CONFLICTS OF INTEREST <br />There were no conflicts of interest declared at this time. <br />WORKSHOP <br />PRIVATE AND PUBLIC OWNERSHIP OF TREES AND SIDEWALKS CLAIMS AND/OR LAWSUITS <br />Following discussion and without formal motion, the City Council received and ordered <br />filed a presentation related to private and public ownership of trees and sidewalks that <br />are the subject of claims and/or lawsuits and forwarded a study of ownership of sidewalks <br />and trees to the Land Use, Sustainability, and Resilience Committee for discussion. <br />
