P U R I l C U T I L I T I E S BOARD OF PUBLIC UTILITIES DATE: AUGUST 14, 2023 GENERAL MANAGER'S REPORT SUBJECT: WA -12 AGRICULTURAL SERVICE WATER RATE REPORT -JUNE 30, 2023 The City Council adopted the WA -12 Agricultural Service water rate schedule (WA -12) on October 15, 2019, with an effective date of January 1, 2020. As of June 30, 2023, the WA -12 water rate schedule includes 237 customers. An estimated $365,574 of the annual program allocation of $684,000 has been allocated. As of January 1, 2023, the agricultural water allocation was updated using the rolling 15 -year monthly average evapotranspiration (ETo) value weather data (2007-2021). Through June 30, 2023, customers used approximately 37% of their estimated allotment of water or 105,560 hundred cubic feet (CCF) (242 acre-feet) out of the allotted 287,217 (CCF) (659 acre-feet), for the six-month period.
