I sent an email the beginning of July requesting an update on my case. I am receiving
threatening letters from Code Enforcement stating if the situation is not resolved and the outstanding fines are not
paid then a lien against my property would be initiated and the Franchise Tax Board would be notified. As well, I called
your office the last week of July with no response. To quote you in the last response to my desperate plea to get a
response from your office, "this is not the kind of service a citizen should expect from their elected officials."
PLEASE update me on this matter I brought before you back in May 2023.1 would really like this situation resolved
before the Lord takes me Home.
Respectfully submitted,
Kevin R.
