CLOSED SESSIONS The Mayor and City Council recessed to the City Council Board Room for closed sessions pursuant to Government Code {}54956.9 to confer with and/or receive advice from legal counsel concerning (1) Robert Boothby v. City of Riverside - WCAB No. 040050; and (2) two cases of anticipated litigation. RECESS The City Council recessed at 2:15 p.m. and reconvened at 3 p.m. with the Mayor and all Councilmembers present except Councilmember Adams. CLOSED SESSION ANNOUNCEMENT City Attorney Pdamos announced there were no reportable actions taken on the closed sessions held earlier in the day. PUBLIC HEARINGS AND PLANNING REFERRALS AND APPEALS CASE P03-0554 - APPEAL - GRADING EXCEPTIONS - 6951 ROYAL HUNT RIDGE - CONTINUED Following discussion, the City Council continued to 3 p.m. on May 4, 2004, consideration of the appeal by Charles Avila from the decision of the Zoning Administrator in denying the proposed grading exceptions in conjunction with the proposed environmental review of a grading plan by Charles Avila on approximately 5.01 acres at 6951 Royal Hunt Ridge Drive situated at the northerly terminus of Royal Hunt Ridge Drive, in Zone RC. CASE P03-1281 - APPEAL - MINOR CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT - 6951 ROYAL HUNT RIDGE - CONTINUED Following discussion, the City Council continued to 3 p.m. on May 4, 2004, consideration of the appeal by Charles Avila from the decision of the Zoning Administrator in approving in part the proposed minor conditional use permit by Charles Avila to construct a single-family residence and auxiliary dwelling unit on approximately 5.01 acres at 6951 Royal Hunt Ridge Drive situated at the northerly terminus of Royal Hunt Ridge Drive, in Zone RC. Administrative variances requested: To (1) permit a single-story residence up to approximately 25.5 feet in vertical height where a maximum 20 feet is allow- Present Motion Second All Ayes 89-364
