Good afternoon Mayor and Riverside city council, My name is Leticia Cachu and I am the community organizer for Planned Parenthood Action Fund of the Pacific Southwest, and have been working with Riverside city community members for the past four years. I would like to express support for Map A3 modification because it best represents our communities. Map A3 modification is the only map that has 4 Voting Rights Act/Latino Majority wards, has all of the North Side specific plan in one ward and has a ward (downtown/eastside/northside) with an African American Communities of Interest and also keep 15 neighborhood communities together, and overall protects the integrity of the city.
