Aguilar-Crunk, Nancy
Subject: FW: [External] Opening Weed facilities
From: rahes50@aol.com <rahes50@aol.com>
Sent: Tuesday, April 25, 2023 5:07 PM
To: 2Mayor <2MAYOR@riversideca.gov>
Subject: [External] Opening Weed facilities
When Colorado state started selling weed (Marijuana) the state went down hill fast. Drugs problems became
excellerated with more crime. ThE state went down hill and has never recovered. Becuase more money was needed for
Police, Fire department and hospitals treaments. You are are looking to open 14 faciliteis and one in my
neighborhood. being opened up in Riverside to include one in my nieghborhood. Me and my neighbors are against this.
Crime is already sky rocketed in the last two years. We do no need to see this increase.
Im also tired of the constant increase of my Property Taxes every year. I moved here in 2008 and Riverside has almose
doubled from the time I purchased my property. As well as the increase every year of my utilities, sewer and trash
bills You are drying people out of Riverside becuase of your lousy policies. What have you done for the home owners.
Nothing.
1
