WATER I ENERGY I LIFE U R I l C U T I L I T I E S RIVERSIDE PUBLIC UTILITIES BOARD OF PUBLIC UTILITIES GENERAL MANAGER'S REPORT Board Memorandum DATE: MAY 8, 2023 SUBJECT: WA -12 AGRICULTURAL SERVICE WATER RATE REPORT— MARCH 31, 2023 The City Council adopted the WA -12 Agricultural Service water rate schedule (WA -12) on October 15, 2019, with an effective date of January 1, 2020. As of March 31, 2023, the WA -12 water rate schedule includes 236 customers. An estimated $399,005 of the annual program allocation of $684,000 has been allocated. As of January 1, 2023, the agricultural water allocation was updated using the rolling 15 -year monthly average evapotranspiration (ETo) value weather data (2007-2021). Through March 31, 2023, customers used approximately 32% of their estimated allotment of water or 35,665 hundred cubic feet (CCF) (82 acre-feet) out of the allotted 110,723 (CCF) (254 acre-feet), for the three-month period.
