This map also passes all the criteria of California's Fair Maps Act
and has received significant input, feedback and revisions through an open and fair participation process from
Riverside residents from a variety of communities of interest.
UCR college students have languished for years without proper representation or attention to their issues, with
the voting -age student population split roughly in half between Ward 1 and Ward 2. Map A4 -A reunites the
communities that were split along the boundaries and streamlines issues around representation and constituent
services.
Thanks in advance for your consideration and support of Map A4 -A.
Best,
Aram Ayra
Ward 2 Resident
cc: Mayor
City Council
City Manager
City Attorney
ACMs
City Clerk
