"Map A4 A is the only map that has ds, has all of the North Side Specific Plan in one ward, and has a ward (Downtown/Eastside/Northside) with an African American Communities of Interest while keeping 17 neighborhood communities together protecting the integrity of the city. Draft Map A4 A maximizes the Voting Rights Act and better aligns with Riverside resident's community of interest testimony. Map A4 A has four Latino Citizen Voting Age Population majority wards. Map A4 A includes Casablanca in a High Latino CVAP Ward which includes the Ramona neighborhood which was advocated by its residents. We are glad to see all of the remaining March 28th, 2023 city council meeting draft maps having 4 Latino Citizen Voting Age Population Majority Wards. Map A4 A which makes 3/4 majority LCVAP wards on the presidential cycle. Please select the map that the community has been working very tirelessly on. Please continue to lead with the community's needs in mind.
