1 <br />2 <br />3 <br />4 <br />5 <br />6 <br />7 <br />8 <br />9 <br />10 <br />11 <br />12 <br />13 <br />14 <br />15 <br />16 <br />17 <br />18 <br />19 <br />20 <br />21 <br />22 <br />23 <br />24 <br />25 <br />26 <br />27 <br />28 <br />CT1Y ATTORNEYS OFFICE <br />3750 UNIVERSRY AVENUE <br />RIVERSIDE, CA 92501 <br />(951) 826-5567 <br />ORDINANCE NO. 7624 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING <br />THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE PURSUANT TO CHAPTER <br />19.090 OF THE RIVERSIDE MUNICIPAL CODE BY APPLYING THE CULTURAL <br />RESOURCES OVERLAY ("CR") ZONE TO CITY LANDMARK NO. 146, THE <br />POWELL-WHEELER RESIDENCE, LOCATED AT 3860 EL HIJO STREET. <br />The City Council of the City of Riverside, California, does ordain as follows: <br />Section 1: Pursuant to Chapter 19.090 of the Riverside Municipal Code, the Zoning Map of <br />the City of Riverside is amended by applying the Cultural Resources Overlay Zone ("CR") Zone to <br />City Landmark No. 146, the Powell -Wheeler Residence, located at 3860 El Hijo Street, as described <br />and depicted in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, subject to all of <br />the conditions, restrictions and covenants imposed under Planning Case Number DP -2022-00914 <br />which conditions, restrictions and covenants are incorporated herein by reference. <br />Section 2: The City Council has reviewed the matter and, based upon the facts and <br />information contained in the staff reports, administrative record, and written and oral testimony, <br />hereby fmds that this ordinance is not subject to CEQA pursuant to Sections 15061(b)(3) and 15308 <br />of the State CEQA Guidelines, California Code of Regulations, Title 14, Chapter 3, in that it will not <br />result in a direct or reasonably foreseeable indirect physical change in the environment nor have a <br />significant impact on the environment. <br />Section 3: The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this ordinance and cause <br />publication once in a newspaper of general circulation in accordance with Section 414 of the Charter <br />of the City of Riverside. This ordinance shall become effective on the 30th day after the date of its <br />adoption. <br />// <br />// <br />
