P U R I l C U T I L I T I E S BOARD OF PUBLIC UTILITIES DATE: MARCH 13, 2023 GENERAL MANAGER'S REPORT SUBJECT: WA -12 AGRICULTURAL SERVICE WATER RATE REPORT -JANUARY 31, 2023 The City Council adopted the WA -12 Agricultural Service water rate schedule (WA -12) on October 15, 2019, with an effective date of January 1, 2020. As of January 31, 2023, the WA -12 water rate schedule includes 235 customers. An estimated $416,006 of the annual program allocation of $684,000 has been allocated. As of January 1, 2023, the agricultural water allocation was updated using the rolling 15 -year monthly average evapotranspiration (ETo) value weather data (2007-2021). Through January 31, 2023, customers used approximately 34% of their estimated allotment of water or 11,450 hundred cubic feet (CCF) (26 acre-feet) out of the allotted 33,830 (CCF) (78 acre-feet), for the one-month period.
