P U R I l C U T I L I T I E S BOARD OF PUBLIC UTILITIES DATE: FEBRUARY 13, 2023 GENERAL MANAGER'S REPORT SUBJECT: WA -12 AGRICULTURAL SERVICE WATER RATE REPORT — DECEMBER 31, 2022 The City Council adopted the WA -12 Agricultural Service water rate schedule (WA -12) on October 15, 2019, with an effective date of January 1, 2020. As of December 31, 2022, the WA -12 water rate schedule includes 235 customers. An estimated $413,003 of the annual program allocation of $684,000 has been allocated. As of January 1, 2022, the agricultural water allocation was updated using the rolling 15 -year monthly average evapotranspiration (ETo) value weather data (2006-2020). Through December 31, 2022, customers used approximately 60% of their estimated allotment of water or 329,573 hundred cubic feet (CCF) (757 acre-feet) out of the allotted 552,444 (CCF) (1,268 acre-feet), for the twelve-month period.
