TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 8, 2022, 1 P.M. <br />DEEM PUBLIC COMMENT IN PERSON/TELEPHONE <br />City ffArts&.Innovation ART PICK COUNCIL CHAMBER <br />3900 MAIN STREET <br />PRESENT: Mayor Lock Dawson, Councilmembers Edwards, Cervantes, Fierro, Conder, <br />Perry, and Hemenway <br />ABSENT: Councilwoman Plascencia <br />Mayor Lock Dawson called the meeting to order at 1:01 p.m. <br />Pastor Dell Castro of Victory Outreach Church gave the Invocation. <br />Mayor Lock Dawson led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br />Councilmember Conder presented a video on the Forgotten Veteran in recognition of <br />Veterans Day. <br />ORAL COMMUNICATIONS FROM THE AUDIENCE <br />Mary Humboldt and Malissa McKeith spoke regarding the resolution on Agricultural <br />Preserves Technical Advisory Committee. Steve Johnson spoke regarding electioneering. <br />MAYOR/COUNCILMEMBER COMMUNICATIONS <br />Councilmember Edwards reported on Mulberry Village Project, Riverside Free Clinic at <br />First Congregational Church, Day of the Dead Celebration, University of California, <br />Riverside Business School Economic Prosperity Forum, and Neighbors of the Wood Streets <br />meeting. Councilmember Fierro reported on Election Day. Councilmember Conder <br />thanked volunteers of Keep Riverside Clean and Beautiful (KRCB) for the Casa Blanca <br />cleanup and reported that Councilmember Perry was honored by KRCB with the Bob <br />Stewart Award for Improving Neighborhoods. Mayor Lock Dawson reported on the <br />Veterans Day ceremony at the Military Wall of Honor, Beautify Riverside event, and the <br />adoption event at the County observing November as National Adoption Month. <br />The City Council Land Use, Sustainability, and Resilience Committee will conduct an in- <br />person and virtual special meeting on Monday November 14, 2022, at 3:30 p.m. at the <br />Art Pick Council Chamber. <br />108-125 <br />
