Debra Thornton spoke <br />regarding the noise ordinance pertaining to a construction site at Rustin and Spruce. <br />John Fisher spoke regarding a diverse City Council. Marissa Herrera spoke regarding <br />homelessness. <br />COMMUNICATIONS <br />INTERGOVERNMENTAL RELATIONS AND LEGISLATIVE UPDATE <br />There was no update on Intergovernmental relations and legislation. <br />HOMELESS SOLUTIONS UPDATE <br />The City Council received an update on homeless solutions. <br />SUSTAINABILITY UPDATE <br />There was no update on sustainability. <br />HEALTH, SAFETY, AND SECURITY UPDATES <br />The City Council received an update on health, safety, and security. <br />LEGAL UPDATE <br />There was no legal update. <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS/PLANNING REFERRALS AND APPEALS <br />ARLINGTON BUSINESS IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT LEVY - FISCAL YEAR 2022-2023 - RESOLUTION <br />Hearing was called to rule on any protests to the annual assessment proposed for the <br />Arlington Business Improvement District for Fiscal Year 2022-2023, including the changes <br />
