To: Connie Librenjak, KRCB
Chamber of Commerce
City Officials
Re: Adopt — A —Street Program
RECEIVED
SEP 15 202?
City ot Riverside
City Clerk's Office
September 14, 2022
The City of Riverside has a time-honored tradition of not allowing advertising
signs on Victoria Avenue.
This past year KRCB has sold five sets of signs at $500/set. All signs advertise
KRCB and each sponsor. The signs are large and diminish Victoria's historic
beauty. They are installed at:
• The Victoria Bridge -- Sarah Ayala
• Central Ave. & Jane St. -- Sigma Delta Alpha
• Central & Arlington Ave. -- UCR, BBB's
• Myers & Harrison St. — Riverside Vineyard
• McAllister St. — Rioside
We, the Board Members of Victoria Avenue Forever, urge that these signs be
removed and this program be terminated on Victoria Avenue.
