Approve the purchase and delivery of fuel products for City of Riverside Police Department <br />vehicles with SC Commercial, LLC of Orange, CA in the amount of $440,000 for Fiscal <br />Year 2022/23; and <br />2. Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute all documents pursuant to this <br />purchase including execution of amendments for four optional one-year renewals in the <br />amounts of $484,000 for FY 2023/24, $532,400 for FY 2024/25, $585,640 for FY 2025/26, <br />and $644,204 for FY 2026/27, inclusive of 10% annual increases for future fuel market <br />volatility, and making minor and non -substantive changes. <br />BACKGROUND: <br />The City of Riverside Police Department maintains the fuel pumps at the Magnolia Police Station <br />that supply fuel to the Department. On November 24, 2021, the Riverside County Department of <br />Purchasing and Fleet Services issued Request for Proposal No. RIVCO-2022-RFP-0000341 for <br />the purchase and delivery of Unleaded Fuel and Ultra Low Sulfur Diesel Fuel. On April 1, 2022, <br />the County of Riverside entered into a contract with SC Commercial, LLC, PSA -0004078, for a <br />five-year term, renewed annually, ending March 31, 2027. <br />
