Cherney from the Board of Public Utilities Citywide seat. RECOMMENDATION: That the Mayor and City Council: 1. Appoint John Goolsby to the Citywide seat on the Airport Commission for a term through March 1, 2024; 2. Appoint Richard Cardullo to the Ward 3 seat on the Museum of Riverside Board for a term through March 1, 2026; 3. Appoint Pete Benavidez to the Ward 6 business seat on the Budget Engagement Commission for a term through March 1, 2023; and 4. Accept the resignation of Deborah S. Cherney from the Board of Public Utilities Citywide seat, effective immediately. BACKGROUND: Mayor Lock Dawson recommends the City Council appoint John Goolsby to the Airport Commission Citywide seat for a term ending March 1, 2024. Councilmember Fierro recommends the City Council appoint Richard Cardullo to the Museum of Riverside Board Ward 3 seat for a term ending March 1, 2026. Councilmember Perry recommends the City Council appoint Pete Benavidez to the Budget Engagement Commission, Ward 6 business seat for a term ending March 1, 2023.
