RECOMMENDATIONS: That the City Council: 1. Adopt the attached Resolution (Exhibit A) authorizing the City Manager, or designee, to a submit grant application for the Proposition 68 Per Capita Grant Program for La Sierra Park; 2. With at least five affirmative votes and upon grant award, authorize the Chief Financial Officer, or designee, to record an increase in estimated revenues in the amount of the grant award and appropriate expenditures in the same amount to the Grants and Restricted Programs Fund, La Sierra ADA Per Capita project accounts; 3. Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to accept the amount awarded, including lesser or greater than the amount applied for, and execute all grant documents, including making minor and non -substantive changes; and 4. With at least five affirmative votes and upon approval of a new Per Capita program grant project application from the State of California, authorize the Chief Financial Officer, or designee, to record a transfer of appropriations from the completed Bobby Bonds Park Turf Refurbishment project to the La Sierra ADA Per Capita project within the Grants and Restricted Programs Fund in an amount up to $50,699 necessary to fund the remainder of the project.
