DISCUSSION CALENDAR JOINT ITEM WITH CITY COUNCIL AND PUBLIC FINANCING AUTHORITY - ARLINGTON REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT 2004 TAXABLE TAX ALLOCATION BONDS - RESOLUTION Following discussion, the Agency (1) adopted a resolution subject to the revised list of projects approving the issuance of Arlington Redevelopment Project 2004 Taxable Tax Allocations Bonds, Series A (Tax-Exempt) and Series B (Taxable), approving a Trust Indenture, an Escrow Agreement, an Official Statement, and a Purchase Contract; (2) authorized the Executive Director or Treasurer to set the final terms of the sale of the bonds and making certain determinations relating thereto; and (3) authorized the transfer of $374,400 from Arlington Capital Projects Fund Balance Account 000471- 298000 to Arlington Debt Service Fund 371 and appropriated $360,000 to Bond Principal Account 2830101-481015 end $14,400 to Bond Interest Account 2830101-482000; whereupon, Resolution No. 737 of the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Riverside Approving the Issuance of its Arlington Redevelopment Project 2004 Tax Allocation Bonds, Series A (Tax- Exempt) and Series B (Taxable), Approving a Trust Indenture, an Escrow Agreement, an Official Statement and a Pumhase Contract, Authorizing the Executive Director or Treasurer to Set the Final Terms of the Sale of the Bonds and Making Certain Determinations Relating Thereto, was presented and adopted. JOINT WITH CITY COUNCIL - REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR Following discussion, motion was made and seconded to appoint a Redevelopment Agency Director with discussion of job responsibilities in two weeks. Following discussion, the original motion was withdrawn.
