WATER I ENERGYY LTFE RIVERSIDE PUBLIC UTILITIES Board Memorandum P U B I I C U T I L I T I F BOARD OF PUBLIC UTILITIES DATE: JUNE 13, 2022 GENERAL MANAGER'S REPORT SUBJECT: WA -12 AGRICULTURAL SERVICE WATER RATE REPORT- APRIL 30, 2022 The City Council adopted the WA -12 Agricultural Service water rate schedule (WA -12) on October 15, 2019, with an effective date of January 1, 2020. As of April 30, 2022, the WA -12 water rate schedule includes 223 customers. An estimated $405,845 of the annual program allocation of $684,000 has been allocated. As of January 1, 2022, the agricultural water allocation was updated using the rolling 15 -year monthly average evapotranspiration (ETo) value weather data (2006-2020). Through April 30, 2022, customers used approximately 52% of their estimated allotment of water or 79,711 hundred cubic feet (CCF) out of the allotted 152,366 CCF, for the four-month period.
