City of <br />Riverside - WCAB No. 030359. <br /> <br />RECESS <br />The City Council recessed at 2:20 p.m. and reconvened at 3 p.m. with the <br />Mayor and all Councilmembers present. <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS/PLANNING REFERRALS AND APPEAL,C; <br /> <br />CASE P03-0992 VACATION NLY. TERMINUS PAYTON AT <br />INTERSECTION WITH JURUPA - RESOLUTION <br />Hearing was called on the proposal of Doug Shackelton on behalf of John <br />Zemke to vacate the northerly terminus of Payton Avenue approximately <br />910 feet north of its intersection with Jurupa Avenue. No one was present <br />wishing to speak on the matter. No written protests were presented. The <br />public hearing was officially closed. Following discussion, the City Council <br />(1) approved Case P03-0992 with modifications and subject to conditions; <br />(2) adopted the staff report and environmental assessment as findings; <br />(3) upheld the Commission's determination that the project will not have a <br />significant effect on the environment and adopted a Mitigated Negative <br />Declaration; (4) found that there is no evidence that the proposed project will <br />have any potential for adverse effect on wildlife resources and the impacts of <br />the project are found to be de minimus pursuant to Section 711.4 of the Fish <br />and Game Code; and (5) adopted the appropriate resolution; whereupon, <br />Resolution No. 20625 of the City Council of the City of Riverside, California, <br />Making Its Findings and Determinations in the Matter or Resolution of <br />Intention No. 20615; and Making Its Order Vacating a Portion of Payton <br />Avenue Beginning Approximately 910 Feet North of the Intersection of <br />Payton Avenue With Jurupa Avenue and Extending to the Terminus of the <br />Street, a Distance of Approximately 850 Feet in Riverside, California, was <br />)resented and adopted. <br /> <br />CASE P03-1349 - REZONING - 2992/2994 MISSION INN AVENUE - <br />CONTINUED <br />Further hearing was called on the proposed rezoning by Bruce Sand to place <br /> <br />89-315 <br /> <br />Present <br /> <br />Motion <br />Second <br />All Ayes <br /> <br /> <br />
