WATER I ENERGYY LTFE RIVERSIDE PUBLIC UTILITIES Board Memorandum P U B I I C U T I L I T I F BOARD OF PUBLIC UTILITIES DATE: APRIL 11, 2022 GENERAL MANAGER'S REPORT SUBJECT: WA -12 AGRICULTURAL SERVICE WATER RATE REPORT — FEBRUARY 28, 2022 The City Council adopted the WA -12 Agricultural Service water rate schedule (WA -12) on October 15, 2019, with an effective date of January 1, 2020. As of February 28, 2022, the WA -12 water rate schedule includes 222 customers. An estimated $401,938 of the annual program allocation of $684,000 has been allocated. As of January 1, 2022, the agricultural water allocation was updated using the rolling 15 -year monthly average ETo value weather data (2006-2020). Through February 28, 2022, customers used approximately 41% of their estimated allotment of water or 28,145 CCF out of the allotted 67,827 CCF, for the two-month period.
