RECOMMENDATION: That the City Council: 1. Approve a Master Professional Consultant Services Agreement with Mead & Hunt Inc., of Ontario, CA for on call design, engineering, and construction management services associated with Capital Improvement Projects at Riverside Municipal Airport for a five-year term, for an amount not to exceed $500,000; 2. Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute a Master Professional Consultant Services Agreement with Mead & Hunt, Inc., including making minor and non -substantive changes; and 3. Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute project Supplemental Agreements as needed, for a total not to exceed amount of $500,000 per firm over the agreement term, in substantially the same form as attached to this report, with subsequent reports back to the City Council from time to time on the addition or deletion of such new panel members.
