The motion carried unanimously. <br />2022 FOURTH OF JULY FIREWORKS CELEBRATION <br />Following discussion, it was moved by Councilmember Perry and seconded by <br />Councilmember Conder to defer the 2022 Fourth of July fireworks celebration to the <br />Safety, Wellness, and Youth Committee. The motion carried unanimously. <br />RFC'FSS <br />The Mayor and City Council recessed at 2:42 p.m. and reconvened at 3:08 p.m. with <br />Mayor Lock Dawson presiding and all Councilmembers present. <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS/PLANNING REFERRALS AND APPEALS <br />CALIFORNIA STATEWIDE COMMUNITIES DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY - AFFORDABLE <br />HOUSING PROJECT - 11253 PIERCE - RESOLUTION <br />Hearing was called to consider a Tax Equity and Fiscal Responsibility Act (TEFRA) issuance <br />of revenue bonds and the related plan of financing for the acquisition and development <br />of Vista De La Sierra Apartments, an 80 -unit affordable housing project located at <br />11253 Pierce Street, Riverside, California and adopt a resolution authorizing the issuance <br />of one or more series of revenue bonds in an aggregate authorizing amount not to <br />exceed $40,000,000 by the California Statewide Communities Development Authority, on <br />behalf of Golden Pierce Housing Partners, L.P., a California limited partnership company <br />to provide for the financing of the Project. No one spoke on the matter. The public <br />hearing was officially closed. <br />Following discussion, it was moved by Councilmember Hemenway and seconded by <br />Councilmember Perry to adopt a resolution authorizing the issuance of one or more series <br />of revenue bonds in an aggregate amount not -to -exceed $40,000,000 by the California <br />Statewide Communities Development Authority, on behalf of Golden Pierce Housing <br />Partners, L.P., a California limited partnership company to provide for the financing of the <br />Project.
