BOARD OF PUBLIC UTILITIES <br />MINUTES <br />MONDAY, AUGUST 9, 2021, 6:30 P.M. <br />PUBLIC COMMENT IN PERSON/TELEPHONE <br />City f Arts &1nnovation ART PICK COUNCIL CHAMBER <br />3900 MAIN STREET, RIVERSIDE, CA 92522 <br />PRESENT: Chair Elizabeth Sanchez-Monville, Vice Chair David Crohn, Board Members <br />Deborah Cherney, Rosemary Heru, Nancy Melendez, Gary Montgomery, <br />Gil Oceguera, and Peter Wohlgemuth <br />ABSENT: None <br />Chair Sanchez-Monville called the meeting to order at 6:34 p.m. <br />Vice Chair Crohn led the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br />ORAL COMMUNICATIONS FROM THE AUDIENCE <br />There was no one wishing to address the Board of Public Utilities. <br />CONSENT CALENDAR <br />It was moved by Vice Chair Crohn and seconded by Member Montgomery to approve the <br />Consent Calendar as presented below affirming the actions appropriate to each item with <br />the item regarding the Corona McKinley Street Grade Separation Water Pipeline Relocation <br />Project construction removed from the Consent Calendar for separate discussion. The <br />motion carried unanimously. <br />MINUTES <br />The minutes of the meeting of July 26, 2021, were approved as presented. <br />BOARD ATTENDANCE <br />The Board of Public Utilities excused the absences of Board Members Melendez and Cherney <br />from the July 12, 2021, meeting. <br />HOLIDAY MEETING SCHEDULE <br />The Board of Public Utilities approved the cancellation of the regularly scheduled Board of <br />Public Utilities meetings for October 11, November 22, and December 27, 2021, due to the <br />holidays. <br />DISCUSSION CALENDAR <br />BID RPU -7779 - RFP -2091 - WORK ORDER 2026278 - CORONA MCKINLEY STREET GRADE <br />SEPARATION WATER PIPELINE RELOCATION PROJECT <br />Following discussion, it was moved by Member Montgomery and seconded by Member <br />Melendez to recommend that the City Council (1 ) authorize an additional increase in <br />estimated revenue in the amount of $270,000 to the Water Fund (520 Undesignated Reserve <br />
