CU-020-734 (Revised) <br /> <br /> 1 RESOLUTION NO. 18653 <br /> <br /> 2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> RIVERSIDE, CALIFORNIA, RENDERING ITS DECISION <br /> 3 GRANTING AN APPLICATION FOR CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br /> 4 The Planning Commission of the City of Riverside on <br /> 5 November 3 1994, failed to approve the application of Candace <br /> 6 Spiel, representing McDonald's Corporation, Zoning Case <br /> 7 CU-020-734 (Revised), for a Conditional Use Permit to add a <br /> 8 children's play and outdoor dining area to an existing fast <br /> 9 food restaurant on approximately .8 acre of land at 2242 <br /> 10 University Avenue, in Zone C-2. <br /> 11 Candace Spiel, on behalf of McDonald's Corporation, <br /> 12 appealed to the City Council from the determination of the <br /> 13 Planning Commission, and the City Council of the City of <br /> 14 Riverside conducted a public hearing on February 7, 1995, <br /> 15 which hearing was continued from December 6, 1994 in the <br /> 16 matter of said appeal. <br /> 17 RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Riverside <br /> 18 that it be and is hereby found and determined from the facts <br /> 19 and conditions shown by the evidence at the public hearing <br /> 20 and by the investigation of the City Council that the public <br /> 21 necessity, convenience, welfare and good zoning practices <br /> 22 justify the granting of said permit upon the terms and <br /> 23 conditions therein contained. <br /> 24 RESOLVED further that said Conditional Use Permit be <br /> 25 and is hereby granted and that the Mayor and City Clerk of <br /> 26 the City of Riverside be instructed to sign said permit. <br /> 27 / / / <br /> <br />Attorney's Office <br />Street <br />CA 92522 <br />782-5567 F: \WPDATA\RES\95033701.
