Marjorie Taylor Greene and Matt Gaetz. This event was an opportunity for city revenue, to demonstrate the right to free speech and supported by the leaders of Riverside. Unfortunately the event was cancelled by Raincross Hospitality Corporation. Shortly after the notification from the hosting party, City of Riverside posted your commending statement, "I recognize this was a divisive issue in our community, and I am glad it has been resolved." My vote for your position as the mayor of Riverside was because the other candidate did not have the support from the local divisions: countyhttps://patricia forriverside.com/endorsements/. The list of names in that endorsement have been an example of consistent leadership in Riverside County. They have spoken on your behalf to be the leadership for the citizens of Riverside. How does your statement support all citizens of Riverside? Not all will agree on political stances however the Constitution gives the citizens the right to free speech and public assembly in a peaceful manner. You have taken an oath to hold to the United States Constitution. This lack of respect to that oath was a poor choice of leadership on your part in serving your community. As a single parent of Hispanic heritage, the right to free speech is a value my family will not take for granted or will I stand on the sidelines to see that right be taken away because of what you might call"hate speech". Without the right for free speech we are silencing the Constitution that defines American liberties. As a voter of Riverside County, I recognize the political tension you as the city mayor will face. This is a very difficult political climate to navigate through. I respectfully ask for you to resign from your seat as mayor. This heavy task should be given to
