As a result, the previous WA-3/WA-9 customers were required to apply for the new WA -12 water rate schedule effective January 1, 2020, or transition to another applicable rate. Potential new customers began submitting applications to be considered for the new WA -12 water rate schedule as of January 2, 2020. As of June 30, 2021, the WA -12 water rate transitioned from the previous WA-3/WA-9. allocation of $684,000 has been allocated. schedule includes 218 customers of which 141 An estimated $408,573 of the annual program As of January 1, 2021, the agricultural water allocation was updated using the rolling 15 -year monthly average ETo value weather data (2005-2019). Through June 30, 2021, customers used approximately 56% of their estimated allotment of water or 148,540 CCF out of the allotted 266,054 CCF, for the six-month period.
