R-12-912 1 ORDINANCE NO. 5997 2 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING CHAPTER 19.06 OF THE RIVERSIDE MUNICIPAL 3 CODE BY REZONING LAND FROM ZONES R-1-65 AND C-2 TO ZONE C-2. 5 The City Council of the City of Riverside, California, 6 does ordain as follows: ? Section 1: Chapter 19.06 of the Riverside Municipal 8 Code and the Official Zoning Map which is a part thereof are 9 amended by removing from the Single-Family Residential 10 ("R-1-65") and Restricted Commercial ("C-2") Zones and placing 11 in the Restricted Commercial ("C-2") Zone, the land described as 12 follows: 13 That portion of Lots 1 and 8 in Block 39 of the lands 14 of the Riverside Land & Irrigating Company, as shown by map on file in Book 1 of Maps at Page 70 thereof, 15 records of San Bernardino County, California, together with Parcels 1 through 4 inclusive of Parcel Map No. 16 16073, as shown by Parcel Map on file in Book 116, at Page 93 thereof, records of Riverside County, being more 17 particularly described as a whole as follows: BEGINNING at the most southerly corner of Parcel 4 of 18 said Parcel Map No. 16073, said corner also being a point in the northeasterly line of Park Sierra Drive 19 shown as Lot "B" on said Parcel Map; THENCE along said northeasterly line and along the 20 southeasterly and northeasterly lines of Park Sierra Drive shown as Lot "B" and Lot "C" on said Map, the 21 following courses; North 34° 00' 23" West 4.98 feet to a tangent curve 22 concave northeasterly having a radius of 267.00 feet; THENCE Northwesterly along the arc of said curve 23 through a central angle of 10° 21' 05" an arc distance of 48.24 feet; 24 THENCE North 23° 39' 18" West 129.31 feet to a tangent curve concave southwesterly having a radius of 25 333.00 feet; THENCE Northwesterly along the arc of said curve 26 through a central angle of 0° 22' 31" an arc distance of 2.18 feet; 2?
