RZ-013-912 <br /> <br /> 1 ORDINANCE NO. 5993 <br /> <br /> 2 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, CALIFORNIA, <br /> AMENDING CHAPTER 19.06 OF THE RIVERSIDE MUNICIPAL <br /> 3 CODE BY REZONING LAND FROM ZONES C-1-A-SP TO ZONES <br /> C-2-SP. <br /> 4 <br /> The City Council of the City of Riverside, California, <br /> 5 <br /> does ordain as follows: <br /> 6 <br /> Section 1: Chapter 19.06 of the Riverside Municipal <br /> 7 <br /> Code and the Official Zoning Map which is a part thereof are <br /> 8 <br /> amended by removing from the Community Shopping Center and <br /> 9 <br /> Specific Plan Combining ("C-1-A-SP") Zones and placing in the <br /> 10 <br /> Restricted Commercial and Specific Plan Combining ("C-2-SP") <br /> 11 <br /> Zones the land described as follows: <br /> 12 <br /> Beginning for the same at the beginning of <br /> 13 the North 27° 30' 05" West 415.28 foot line of <br /> a 13.031 acre tract described in a deed <br /> 14 conveyed by Canyon Mall Investors to Wal-Mart <br /> Stores, Inc. and recorded May 5, 1992, as <br /> 15 Instrument Number 162751, of Deeds, Official <br /> Records of Riverside County, State of <br /> 16 California; <br /> THENCE along said line, North 27° 30' 05" <br /> 17 West 415.28 feet to a point; <br /> THENCE North 32° 33' 42" East 226.98 feet <br /> 18 to a point; <br /> THENCE North 87° 25' 45" East 56.67 feet to <br /> 19 the beginning of tangent curve concave <br /> southwesterly having a radius of 945.00 feet, <br /> 20 being the Northwesterly prolongation of the <br /> Southerly line of Canyon Springs Parkway as <br /> 21 shown on Parcel Map number 19617; <br /> THENCE along the right-of-way for Canyon <br /> 22 Springs Parkway; by a curve concave <br /> Southwesterly having a radius of 945.00 feet, <br /> 23 for an arc of 24.66 feet, and through a central <br /> angle of 01° 29' 41" to a point; <br /> 24 THENCE along the westerly outline of <br /> Parcels 82, 81 and a part of 80, South 12° 10' <br /> 25 25" East 179.30 feet to a point; <br /> THENCE South 16° 29' 36" East 539.27 to a <br /> 26 point of intersection with the North 57° 26' <br /> 18" West 631.24 foot line of the aforesaid <br /> 27 13.031 acre tract at a point 240.34 feet from <br /> <br />Attorney's Office <br />Street <br />CA 92522 <br />782-5567 F: ~WPDATA~ORD\93143201.
