R-55-890 1 ORDINANCE NO. 5987 2 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING CHAPTER 19.06 OF THE RIVERSIDE MUNICIPAL 3 CODE BY REZONING LAND FROM ZONES R-1-65, P, RO and C-3 TO ZONES C-2-S-3-X. The City Council of the City of Riverside, California, 5 does ordain as follows: 6 Section 1: Chapter 19.06 of the Riverside Municipal ? Code and the Official Zoning Map which is a part thereof are 8 amended by removing from the Single-Family Residential 9 ("R-1-65") Zone, the Parking ("P") Zone, the Restricted Office 10 ("RO") Zone, the Restricted Office and Two-Story Height of 11 Buildings Combining ("RO-S-2") Zones and the General Commercial 12 ("C-3") Zone and placing in the Restricted Commercial, 13 Three-Story Height of Buildings Combining and Building Setback 14 Combining ("C-2-S-3-X") Zones, with a twenty foot building 15 setback from all public streets and a six foot building setback 16 from the southerly property line, the land described as follows: 17 Being Lots 18, 20, 22, 24, 26, 28 and a portion of 18 Lots 12, 14 and 16 of Nogales Tract as shown by map on file in Book 9 of Maps at page 7, Records of Riverside 19 County, California, together with portions of Government Lot 2 and the Northerly extension thereof and Government 20 Lot 3 and the Northerly extension thereof of Fractional Section 34, Township 2 South, Range 5 West, San 21 Bernardino Meridian, more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at the Southwest corner of said Lot 28; 23 THENCE North 00° 01' 37" West along the East 24 right-of-way line of Nogales Street, 52 feet wide, a distance of 360.07 feet to the Northwest corner of said 25 Lot 18, said Northwest corner being also the Southwest corner of that parcel of land described in the Grant 26 Deed to the City of Riverside recorded September 23, 1966 as Instrument No. 95114, Records of said County; ATTORNEY RIVERSIDE FORNI A
