<br />BOARD OF PUBLIC UTILITIES <br />MINUTES <br />MONDAY, JUNE 14, 2021, 6:30 P.M. <br />VIRTUAL MEETING <br />PUBLIC COMMENT VIA TELEPHONE <br />3900 MAIN STREET, RIVERSIDE, CA 92522 <br />PRESENT: Chair Elizabeth Sanchez-Monville, Vice-Chair David Crohn, and Board <br />Members Deborah Cherney, Rosemary Heru, Nancy Melendez, <br />Gary Montgomery, Gil Oceguera, and Peter Wohlgemuth <br /> <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />Chair Sanchez-Monville called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />Board Member Oceguera led the pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br /> <br />ORAL COMMUNICATIONS FROM THE AUDIENCE <br />There was no one wishing to address the Board of Public Utilities. <br />Following discussion and without formal motion, the Board of Public Utilities received and <br />(2) update on the impact of the COVID-19 <br />Pandemic and Emergency Orders; (3) WA-12 Agricultural Service Water Rate Report as of <br />April 30, 2021; (4) Sharing Households Assist Riverside's Energy (SHARE) Program and Energy <br />Recovery Assistance Program (ERAP) updates through April 2021; (5) list of contracts <br />executed not requiring Board approval in April 2021; (6) Water and power supply reports for <br />April 2021; (7) Southern California Public Power Authority agendas; (8) Riverside Public Utilities <br />Electric and Water Fiscal Year 20/21 Q3 Financial Results; (9) list of upcoming Board of Public <br />Utilities and City Council meetings; and (10) Electric and Water utility acronyms. <br /> <br />General Manager Corbin announced that Board Member Ana Miramontes resigned from <br />the Board of Public Utilities as she moved out of the Ward she represented. <br /> <br />REOPEN PUBLIC COMMENT <br />Following discussion, it was moved by Member Cherney and seconded by Member <br />Montgomery to reopen public comment. The motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />The Board of Public Utilities and staff recognized Board Member Ana Miramontes for her years <br />of dedication serving on the Board of Public Utilities. <br /> <br />Ana Miramontes spoke regarding her term on the Board of Public Utilities. Jason Hunter spoke <br />regarding the implementation of an Electric Advanced Meter System and Meter Data <br />Management System. <br /> <br /> <br />1 <br /> <br />
