The vehicle is a 2008 CHRYSLER TOWN AND COUNTRY which was previously under loan to Recipient_ The VIN is 2A8HR64X98R133689 and the odometer reads 82869 as of the date of this Letter Agreement. The vehicle is being donated "as is" and the Exchange expressly disclaims any and all warranties expressed or implied, including any warranty as to the condition or working order of the vehicle. Recipient acknowledges and agrees that he/she is receiving, and hereby accepts, this vehicle in "as is" condition. Recipient hereby releases and discharges the Exchange, its affiliates and their employees and agents from and against any and all rights, claims, demands, liabilities, expenses, damages, causes of action, costs, losses, actions and/or suits, known or unknown ("Claims"), that arise out of or in connection with the vehicle, including the receipt, use, operation, alteration and/or modification thereof.
