As a result, the previous WA-3/WA-9
customers were required to apply for the new WA -12 water rate schedule effective January 1,
2020, or transition to another applicable rate. Potential new customers began submitting
applications to be considered for the new WA -12 water rate schedule as of January 2, 2020.
As of January 31, 2021, the WA -12 water rate schedule includes 212 customers, of which 141
transitioned from the previous WA-3/WA-9. An estimated $421,077 of the annual program
allocation of $684,000 has been allocated.
As of January 1, 2021, the agricultural water allocation was updated using the rolling 15 -year
monthly average ETo value weather data (2005-2019). Through January 31, 2021, customers
used approximately 57% of their estimated allotment of water or 17,092 CCF out of the allotted
29,924 CCF, for the one-month period.
The attached graphics include additional WA -12 Agricultural Service water rate and program
allocation information.
