I VIRTUAL MEETING PUBLIC COMMENT VIA TELEPHONE City ofArts &.Innovation 3900 MAIN STREET PRESENT: Mayor Lock Dawson, Councilmembers Edwards, Melendrez, Fierro, Conder, Perry, and Hemenway, and Councilwoman Plascencia ABSENT: None Mayor Lock Dawson called the meeting to order at 10:03 a.m. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS FROM THE AUDIENCE Tom Evans spoke regarding the City Clerk's retirement. Malissa McKeith spoke regarding the City Clerk's retirement and a tort claim. Scott Andrews spoke regarding the City Clerk's retirement and COVID vaccines.
