R-063-878 1 ORDINANCE NO. 6052 2 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING CHAPTER 19.06 OF THE 3 RIVERSIDE MUNICIPAL CODE BY REZONING LAND FROM ZONE R-l-130 TO ZONE WC. 4 5 The City Council of the City of Riverside, California, 6 does ordain as follows: 7 Section 1: Chapter 19.06 of the Riverside Municipal Code 8 and the Official Zoning Map which is a part thereof are amended by 9 removing from the Single-Family Residential ("R-l-130") Zone and 10 placing in the Water Course ("WC") Zone, the land described as 11 follows: 12 That portion of Lot 4 of Horton's Subdivision as shown by map on file in Book 3 of maps, page 13 20, Records of Riverside County, California, described as follows: 14 BEGINNING at the Northwest corner of said Lot 4; Thence South 89° 58' 30" East along the Northerly line 15 of said Lot 4, 33.00 feet to the Easterly line of Whitegate Avenue; 16 Thence South 0° 03' 39" East along the Easterly line of Whitegate Avenue, 51.00 feet to the TRUE POINT OF 17 BEGINNING; Thence South 89° 17' 35" East, 84.01 feet; 18 Thence South 72° 45' 33" East, 104.74 feet; Thence South 76° 54' 45" East, 115.04 feet to the East 19 line of the West one-half of the West one-half of said Lot 4; 20 Thence South 0° 04' 00" East along the East line of the West one-half of the West one-half of said Lot 4, 109.00 21 feet; Thence North 66° 21' 56" West, 122.35 feet; 22 Thence North 67° 41' 37" West, 108.14 feet; Thence South 85° 15' 39" West, 84.28 feet to said 23 Easterly line of Whitegate Avenue Thence North 0° 03' 39" West along said Easterly line 24 of Whitegate Avenue, 84.00 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING. 25 26 Section 2: The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption 27 of this ordinance and cause publication once in a newspaper of Attorney's Office Street CA 92522 782-5567 F:/WPDATA~ORD\ 93067801.
