RZ-012-923 <br /> <br /> 1 ORDINANCE NO. 6049 <br /> <br />2 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, <br /> CALIFORNIA, AMENDING CHAPTER 19.06 OF THE <br />3 RIVERSIDE MUNICIPAL CODE BY REZONING LAND FROM <br /> ZONES R-3, RO AND P TO ZONE R-1-65. <br />4 <br />5 The City Council of the City of Riverside, California, <br />6 does ordain as follows: <br />7 Section 1: Chapter 19.06 of the Riverside Municipal Code <br />8 and the Official Zoning Map which is a part thereof are amended by <br />9 removing from the Multiple-Family Residential ("R-3"), Restricted <br />10 Office ("RO") and Parking ("P") Zones and placing in the Single- <br />11 Family Residential ("R-1-65") Zone, the land described as follows: <br />12 Those portions of Victoria Place as shown by <br /> map on file in Book 5, page 55 of Maps, together <br />13 with Prospect Place as shown by map on file in <br /> Book 5, page 88 of Maps, together with Scotia <br />14 Place as shown by map on file in Book 4, page 14 <br /> of Maps, together with D. C.
