FIRST AMENDMENT TO SERVICES AGREEMENT FOR SERVICES FOR BOOSTER STATION PUMP AND MOTOR REPAIRS (RFP NO. 1720) LEGEND PUMP & WELL SERVICE, .INC. This FIRST AMENDMENT TO SERVICES AGREEMENT ("first Amendment") is made and. entered into this day of , 2020, by and between the CITY OF RNERSI.UE, a California charter city and municipal corporation. ("City"), and LEGEND PUMP & WELL SERVICE, :INC., a Califomi:a corporation ("Contractor") RECITALS WHEREAS, oil April 25, 2018, City and Contractor entered into a Services Agreement for Services for Booster Station Pump and Motor Repairs (RFP No. 172.0) ("Agreement"'); and WHEREAS, the Agreement was for a three (3) year term beginning April 25, 2018, and ending April 25, 2021; and WHEREAS, City and Contractor desire to extend. the Agreement for an additional two (2) year term to begin April 25, 2021, and to end April 25, 2023, and increase compensation in the amount of One Hundred Sixty -Five Thousand Dollars ($7.65,000.00) per year, for a total of Three Hundred Thirty Thousand Dollars ($330,000.00) for two years, for the extended term of the Agreement, NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of Elie foregoing recitals which are incorporated herein by this reference, City and Contractor agree as follows: 1. The term of the Agreement is hereby extended by two (2) years, to April 25, 2021 2. paragraph 3, Compensation is hereby amended to increase compensation in the amount of One Hundred Sixty -Five Thousand Dollars ($165,000.00) per year, for a total of Three Hundred Thirty Thousand Dollars ($330,000.00) for two years, for the extended term of the Agreement. 3, All terms and conditions of the original Agreement not inconsistent with this First' Amendment shall remain in full forcce acid effect and are incorporated herein by this reference as though set forth in full.
