AM-001-923 1 ORDINANCE NO. 6043 2 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING SECTION 19.44.030 OF THE RIVERSIDE 3 MUNICIPAL CODE BY DELETING A PORTION THEREOF AND ADDING SUBSECTIONS TO EXPAND THE PERMITTED USES ~ IN THE BUSINESS PARK COMBINING ZONE. 5 6 The City Council of the City of Riverside, California, ? does ordain as follows: 8 Section 1: Section 19.44.030 subsection (1) is hereby 9 amended by deleting subsections (a) through (g), inclusive, in 10 their entirety and adding subsections (a) through (u), 11 inclusive, to read as follows: 12 "19.44.030 USES PERMITTED. The uses permitted by the application of the Business Park Combining Zone shall be 13 in addition to those allowed by the zone with which it is combined. Except as otherwise stated in Section 14 19.44.050 (Signs) of this Chapter, the development standards of the underlying zone shall not be affected 15 by the application of the Business Park Combining Zone. The following uses shall be permitted in the Business 16 Park Combining Zone: (1) When combined with the "MP", "M-l" or "AIR" 17 Zone: (a) Retail sales of any product manufactured 18 on-site in accordance with the regulations of the underlying zone, but excluding sale 19 of products not otherwise permitted which require only minimal assembly on the site; 20 (b) Art shop or art, drafting or engineering supply store; 21 (c) Book or stationery store; (d) Business supply sales and rental store; 22 (e) Convenience store, subject to the following criteria: 23 (1) The convenience store shall be located within a tenant or owner space within a 24 multi-tenant industrial park and shall not exceed 1,000 square feet in gross floor area. 25 (2) Items sold within the convenience store shall be limited to sundries and personal 26 items for the convenience of employees within the industrial park. 27 (3) The hours of operation shall be limited ATTORNEY DE FORNIA
