1 ORDINANCE NO. 6041 2 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING TITLE 10 OF THE RIVERSIDE MUNICIPAL CODE 3 BY ADDING NEW SECTIONS 10.52.111 AND 10.76.164 TO ESTABLISH A TWO-HOUR PARKING LIMITATION ON CERTAIN 4 STREETS BETWEEN THE HOURS OF NINE A.M. AND SIX P.M., EXCLUDING SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS AND HOLIDAYS, 5 AND BY ADDING THAT PORTION OF CENTRAL AVENUE BETWEEN NAVEL COURT AND SCHOOL CIRCLE TO SAID 6 SECTION 10.76.164. 7 The City Council of the City of Riverside, California, 8 does ordain as follows: 9 Section 1: Title 10 of the Riverside Municipal Code is 10 herehy amended to establish a two-hour parking limitation between 11 tile hours of nine a.m. and six p.m., excluding Saturdays, Sundays 12 and holidays on certain :~treets; said Title 10 is amended by 13 adding thereto a new Section 10.52.111 to read as follows: 14 " 10.52.111 PARKING TIME LIMITED TO TWO HOURS ON CERTAIN STREETS BETWEEN NINE A.M. AND 15 SIX P.M., EXCLUDING SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS AND HOLIDAYS. When signs are erected giving notice 16 thereof, no person shall park a vehicle for longer than two hours on any one day, whether 17 the place of parking is the same or is changed, and whether the time of parking is continuous or 18 interrupted, between the hours of nine a.m. and six p.m., except Saturdays, Sundays and 19 holidays, upon any of the streets described in Section 10.76.164." 2o 21 Section 2: Title 10 of the Riverside Municipal Code is 22 hereby amended to establish a two-hour parking limitation between 23 the hours of nine a.m. and six p.m., excluding Saturdays, Sundays 24 and holidays, on certain streets, including Central Avenue between 25 Navel Court and School Circle; said Title 10 is amended by adding 26 thereto a new Section 10.76.164 to read as follows: 27 / / / Attorney's Office Street CA 92522 $2-5557 F:\WPDATA\ORD\93029001.LH
