R-29-878 <br /> <br /> 1 ORDIN~kNCE NO. 6039 <br /> 2 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, CALIFORNIA, <br /> AMENDING CHAPTER 19.06 OF THE RIVERSIDE MUNICIPAL <br /> 3 CODE BY REZONING LAND FROM ZONES R-1-65-SP TO <br /> ZONES C-3-S-2-X-SP. <br /> 4 <br /> 5 The City Council of the City of Riverside, California, <br /> <br /> 6 does ordain as follows: <br /> 7 Section 1: Chapter 19.06 of the Riverside Municipal <br /> 8 Code and the Official Zoning Map which is a part thereof are <br /> 9 amended by removing from the Single-Family Residential and <br /> 10 Specific Plan Combining ("R-1-65-SP") Zones and placing in the <br /> 11 General Commercial, Two-Story Height of Buildings Combining, <br /> 12 Building Setback Combining, with a ten-foot building setback <br /> 13 from Indiana Avenue, and Specific Plan Combining ("C-3-S-2-X- <br /> 14 SP") Zones, the following described property: <br /> 15 Lot 3 of E1 Grande Tract as shown by map on <br /> file in Book 5, Page 174 of Maps, Records of <br /> 16 Riverside County, California; excepting <br /> therefrom the southeasterly 150 feet thereof; <br /> 17 and also excepting therefrom the northwesterly <br /> 4 feet thereof. <br /> 18 <br /> 19 Section 2: The City Clerk shall certify to the <br /> 20 adoption of this ordinance and cause publication once in a <br /> 21 newspaper of general circulation in accordance with Section 414 <br /> 22 of the Charter of the City of Riverside.
