1 ORDINANCE NO. 6038 2 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING TITLE 10 OF THE RIVERSIDE MUNICIPAL CODE 3 BY ADDING A NEW SUBSECTION (q) TO SECTION 10.52.100 AND A NEW SECTION 10.76.156 TO ESTABLISH A ONE HOUR ~ PARKING LIMITATION AT ALL TIMES, AND TO ADD PORTIONS OF UNIVERSITY AVENUE, FAIRMOUNT BOULEVARD, AND 5 CHESTNUT STREET TO SECTION 10.76.156 TO PERMIT ONE HOUR PARKING. 6 7 The City Council of the City of Riverside does ordain as 8 follows: 9 Section 1: Section 10.52.100 of the Riverside Municipal 10 Code is hereby amended to establish a one hour parking limi- 11 tation at all times on certain streets; said section is amended 12 by adding thereto a new subsection (q) to read as follows: 13 " (q) When signs are erected giving notice thereof, no person shall park a vehicle for a period longer than 14 one hour on any one day, whether the place of parking is the same or is changed, and whether the time of parking 15 is continuous or interrupted, at any time upon any of the streets described in Section 10.76.156." 16 17 Section 2: Title 10 of the Riverside Municipal Code is 18 hereby amended to establish a one hour parking limitation at all 19 times on certain streets, including portions of University 20 Avenue, Fairmount Boulevard, and Chestnut Street; said Title 10 21 is amended by adding thereto a new Section 10.76.156 to read as 22 follows: 23 " 10.76.156' PARKING TIME LIMITED TO ONE HOUR ON CERTAIN STREETS AT ALL TIMES.
