RZ-011-923 <br /> <br /> 1 ORDIN~NCE NO. 6034 <br /> 2 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, CALIFORNIA, <br /> AMENDING CHAPTER 19.06 OF THE RIVERSIDE MUNICIPAL <br /> 3 CODE BY REZONING CERTAIN LAND BY REMOVING THE INTERIM <br /> RESTRICTED OFFICE ("RO") ZONE AND ADDING THE SPECIFIC <br /> 4 PLAN COMBINING ("SP") ZONE TO THE EXISTING ZONES <br /> C-2, C-3, P, WC, R-3 AND REZONING LAND TO ZONES <br /> 5 C-2-SP, C-3-SP, P-SP, WC-SP AND R-3-SP. <br /> 6 <br /> The City Council of the City of Riverside, California, <br />? <br /> does ordain as follows: <br />8 <br /> Section 1: Chapter 19.06 of the Riverside Municipal <br />9 <br /> code and the Official Zoning Map which is a part thereof are <br />10 <br /> amended to rezone the property described herein by removing from <br />11 <br /> the Interim Restricted Office ("RO") Zone and adding the <br />12 <br /> Specific Plan Combining ("SP") Zone to the existing zones for <br />13 <br /> the property: <br />14 <br /> Those parcels abutting University Avenue <br />15 situated easterly of Park Avenue and westerly of <br /> State Highway 60/I-215, including those parcels <br />16 abutting both sides of Iowa Avenue, extending <br /> northerly of University Avenue to Linden Street <br />17 and approximately 600 feet southerly of <br /> University Avenue, and those parcels abutting <br />18 both sides of Chicago Avenue, extending up to <br /> approximately 1400 feet southerly of University <br />19 Avenue and which property is more specifically <br /> described in Exhibit A, attached hereto and <br />20 incorporated herein by this reference. <br />21 <br /> Section 2: The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption <br /> of this ordinance and cause publication once in a newspaper of <br />23 <br /> general circulation in accordance with Section 414 of the <br /> Charter of the City of Riverside.
