1 ORDINANCE NO. 6124 2 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING TITLE 10 OF THE RIVERSIDE MUNICIPAL CODE 3 BY ADDING NEW SECTIONS 10.52.085 AND 10.76.135 TO ESTABLISH A TWENTY-MINUTE PARKING LIMITATION ON 4 CERTAIN STREETS BETWEEN THE HOURS OF NINE A.M. AND SIX P.M., EXCLUDING SUNDAYS AND HOLIDAYS, AND BY 5 ADDING CERTAIN PARKING STALLS ON SEVENTH STREET TO SAID SECTION 10.76.135. 6 7 The City Council of the City of Riverside, California, 8 does ordain as follows: 9 Section 1: Title 10 of the Riverside Municipal Code is 10 hereby amended to establish a twenty-minute parking limitation 11 between the hours of nine a.m. and six p.m., excluding Sundays and 12 holidays, on certain streets; said title 10 is amended by adding 13 thereto a new Section 10.52.085 to read as follows: 14 " 10.52.085 PARKING TIME LIMITED TO TWENTY MINUTES ON CERTAIN STREETS. When signs are erected giving notice 15 thereof, no person shall park a vehicle for longer than twenty minutes on any one day whether the place of parking 16 is the same or changed, and whether the time of parking is continuous or interrupted, between the hours of nine a.m. 17 and six p.m., except Sundays and holidays, on any of the streets described in Section 10.76.135." 18 19 Section 2: Title 10 of the Riverside Municipal Code is 20 hereby amended to establish a twenty-minute parking limitation 21 between the hours of nine a.m. and six p.m., excluding Sundays and 22 holidays, on certain streets, including certain parking stalls on 23 Seventh Street; said Title 10 is amended by adding thereto a new 24 Section 10.76.135 to read as follows: 25 " 10.76.135 PARKING TIME LIMITED TO TWENTY MINUTES ON CERTAIN STREETS BETWEEN NINE A.M. AND SIX P.M. EXCLUDING 26 SUNDAYS AND HOLIDAYS.
