AM-004-923 <br /> <br /> 1 ORDINANCE NO. 6115 <br /> <br /> 2 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE· CALIFORNIA, <br /> AMENDING TITLE 19 OF THE RIVERSIDE MUNICIPAL CODE BY <br /> 3 DELETING THE CONTRACTOR'S STORAGE YARD "YS" ZONE IN <br /> SECTION 19.06.010 AND DELETING CHAPTER 19.42 IN ITS <br /> 4 ENTIRETY AND FURTHER DELETING ALL OTHER REFERENCES <br /> IN TITLE 19 TO ELIMINATE THE "YS" ZONE THEREFROM <br /> 5 <br /> The City Council of the City of Riverside· California, <br /> 6 <br /> does ordain as follows: <br /> 7 <br /> Section 1: Section 19.06.010 of Chapter 19.06 of the <br /> 8 <br /> Riverside Municipal Code is hereby amended by deleting "'YS' <br /> 9 <br /> Contractor's Storage Yard Zone" from the listing in Section <br /> 10 <br /> 19.06.010 ZONES ESTABLISHED. <br /> Section 2: Chapter 19.42 of the Riverside Municipal <br /> 12 <br /> Code is hereby deleted in its entirety to eliminate the <br /> 13 <br /> Contractor's Storage Yard ("YS") Zone. <br /> 14 <br /> Section 3: Section 19.62.010 (7) of the Riverside <br /> 15 <br /> Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> 16 <br /> "(7) To ensure the maintenance of high design <br /> 17 standards in the "RC" any "R-3", the "RO" "P" "O" <br /> "C-O", "C-i", "C-l-A" "CL" "C-2" "C-3", "C-4" "MP" <br /> 18 "M-i" "M-2" and "AIR" zones for the reasons set forth <br /> in this section." <br /> 19 <br /> 20 Section 4: Section 19.62.020 (b) of the Riverside <br /> 21 Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> 22 "The design review procedures set forth in this <br /> chapter shall be applied to all new buildings· <br /> 23 structures and signs, and to exterior alterations or <br /> enlargements of existing buildings, structures and <br /> 24 signs in the design review combining zone, the "RC", <br /> any "R-3", the "RO", "P", "0", "CO", "C-i", "C-i-A", <br /> 25 "CL" "C-2" "C-3" "C-4" "MP" "M-l" "M-2" and "AIR" <br /> zones, to land divisions, conditional use permits, <br /> 26 planned residential development permits, and <br /> conditional occupancy variances if required as a <br /> 27 condition of approval by the planning commission and to <br /> <br />Attorney's Office <br />Street <br />CA 92522 <br />782-5567 <br /> F: ~WPDATA~ORD~ 9 3141101.
